Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain to your hosting account using the DNS details in your dashboard. See Connect a domain in the Knowledge Base.
How do I set up WordPress?
Every plan includes a WordPress installer in the hosting control panel, so you can create a site in a few clicks.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes, site migration is available as an add-on. You can also migrate yourself using the guides in the Knowledge Base.
How do renewals work?
Monthly and yearly plans renew at the end of each term. You get reminders beforehand and the renewal price is shown at checkout and in your dashboard.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
You are notified when you approach a limit, and you can upgrade to a larger plan from your dashboard at any time.
