The fine print, up front
Setup fees
There are no setup fees on standard plans. Custom quotes list any one-off costs separately.
Taxes
Prices are shown in USD without tax. Any applicable tax is added and displayed at checkout before payment.
Term discounts
Longer terms cost less per month and are billed in full at the start of the term.
Renewal rates
The renewal price for your plan and term is displayed at checkout and in your dashboard before each renewal.
Add-ons
Managed support, backups and migration are optional and priced separately.
Refunds
Eligibility and timing are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use. Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Spam, phishing, malware, attacks on other systems, copyright infringement and any other unauthorised or abusive use are not allowed. Accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended and may be terminated without a refund.
