Connect a domain to your hosting Web Hosting

You need: a registered domain and access to its DNS settings.
1. Open your service in the dashboard and copy the nameservers or the IP address shown under Server Details.
2. At your domain registrar, replace the nameservers, or create an A record pointing to the IP address.
3. Add the domain to your hosting account in the control panel.
4. Wait for DNS to update. This can take up to 48 hours.
Expected result: your domain opens the site hosted on your plan.

Install WordPress Web Hosting

You need: an active hosting plan and a connected domain.
1. Log in to the hosting control panel from your dashboard.
2. Open the application installer and choose WordPress.
3. Select the domain, set an admin username and a strong password, then start the installation.
4. Log in at yourdomain/wp-admin.
Expected result: a working WordPress site with SSL enabled.

Access your VPS over SSH VPS

You need: the IP address and root credentials from Service Details.
1. Open a terminal, or an SSH client such as PuTTY on Windows.
2. Run ssh root@your-server-ip and accept the host key.
3. Enter the password, then change it and add an SSH key.
Expected result: a root shell on your server.

Extend a short-term rental Rentals

You need: an active rental that has not passed its grace period.
1. Open Rental Management in your dashboard.
2. Select the service and choose how many days to add.
3. Review the new expiry time and pay.
Expected result: the extra days are added to the current expiry time and you receive a confirmation.

Understand rental expiry Rentals

The rental clock starts when the service is provisioned. The exact expiry date and time are shown on the service page in UTC and your local timezone. You receive reminders before expiry. After expiry the service is suspended, and if it is not renewed within the grace period, it is deleted together with its data.

Find and pay an invoice Billing

1. Open Invoices and Payments in your dashboard.
2. Unpaid invoices are listed first. Open one to see the items, the term and the tax.
3. Choose a payment method and pay.
Expected result: the invoice is marked as paid and a receipt is emailed to you.

Turn on two-factor authentication Security

1. Open Profile and Security in your dashboard.
2. Choose two-factor authentication and scan the code with an authenticator app.
3. Enter the 6-digit code and store the recovery codes somewhere safe.
Expected result: a code is required each time you log in.

My website shows an error after pointing the domain Troubleshooting

Check that the DNS records match the values in Service Details, that the domain has been added in the control panel, and that enough time has passed for DNS to update. If the error continues, contact support with the domain name and the exact message.
