2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, company name and billing address.
- Order and billing records: the services you order, invoices, payment status and the payment reference returned by the payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Service data: the configuration of your services, their status, expiry dates and activity logs.
- Support messages: tickets, emails and form submissions you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your order. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account and provide, bill for and support the services you order.
- To send service messages: payment confirmations, activation notices, expiry reminders, suspension notices and replies to your tickets.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep our network secure.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with

7. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain uses. Our services are for customers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
