Last updated: 2 October 2026 · All policies
1. Reporting abuse
If a service hosted by Hosting Platform is being used for spam, phishing, malware, attacks or anything else prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy, write to [Abuse and copyright email]. Please include:
- the website address or IP address involved;
- the date and time, with the time zone;
- what happened, with evidence such as message headers, logs or screenshots;
- your contact details.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on one of our services infringes your copyright, send a notice to [Abuse and copyright email] with:
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the exact address of the material you say is infringing;
- your name, address, email and phone number;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner or by law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your signature, which may be typed.
3. What we do with a report
- We review each report and may ask you for more information.
- Where a report is credible, we contact the customer and may suspend the service or remove access to the material while we investigate.
- Serious cases, such as phishing, malware or child abuse material, are acted on immediately.
- For privacy reasons we do not always tell the reporter what action was taken.
4. Counter-notice
A customer whose content was removed after a copyright notice can send us a counter-notice explaining why the content is lawful. If the complaint is not pursued further, we may restore access.
5. Repeat violations
Accounts with repeated valid complaints are terminated without a refund.
