Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every service we provide: web hosting, VPS, custom servers and short-term rentals. By ordering or using a service you agree to it. You are responsible for everything that is done with your service, including by your own users and customers.

1. Lawful use only

Our services may only be used for lawful purposes and in the way they are intended. Do not use our services for any unauthorised, illegal, harmful or abusive purpose. If you do, your account will be suspended.

2. What is not allowed

• Illegal content or activity. Hosting, storing or distributing anything that is illegal, or using a service to commit or support a crime.
• Child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance. The account is terminated immediately and the material is reported to the authorities.
• Spam. Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages, or hosting sites and services advertised by spam.
• Phishing and fraud. Fake login pages, scams, impersonation, carding and other deceptive or fraudulent schemes.
• Malware. Hosting or distributing viruses, ransomware or other malicious software, or running botnets or their control servers.
• Attacks on other systems. Denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attempts, unauthorised access, and port or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
• Infringement. Sharing or selling copyrighted or trademarked material without the right to do so.
• Abuse of people. Harassment, threats, or publishing private information about others without their consent.
• Abuse of the platform. Activity that harms our network, our IP reputation or other customers, including attempts to bypass resource limits or access other customers’ data.
• Abuse of payments. Paying with stolen cards or accounts, or filing false payment disputes.

3. What happens if the policy is broken

• Suspension. We may suspend a service or the whole account immediately and without notice when we find, or receive a credible report of, a violation.
• Termination. Serious or repeated violations lead to termination of the account and deletion of its data.
• No refund. Services suspended or terminated for breaking this policy are not refunded.
• Cooperation with authorities. We respond to valid legal requests and may report illegal activity.
